Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Item received by customer can be returned or refunded if the item arrived is in damaged condition so it cannot be used, has passed the expiry period,item does not match description on website or company shipped the wrong item.

2. Customer can asked to do a refund if there is any item missed in the shipping / item ordered but not received.

3. There will be no refund/return accepted if the cause is not listed in either number 1 or 2 above.

4. Product can be exchanged or return and refunded within two working days counting from the date the items received by the customer. Please make request of return and refund through Customer Service TimelessLK ([email protected]) along with photo of the item received.

5. Refund process to the customer’s orignal payment method will be processed within 14 business days counting from the item received by the registered TimelessLK address or counting from the refund application received by TimelessLK in the missing product in shipping case.
