In these terms and conditions, the "Company" will mean Timeless Couture (PVT) LTD or known as timelesslk.com (Timeless LK), the holder of sole and exclusive rights to operate stores under timelesslk.com brand in Sri Lanka, and the "Customer" will mean any person, firm, company, or body which places an order with the Company. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the site. By using the site or any part of it, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.

General

• You agree that the Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time in the Company’s sole discretion by posting any such amendment(s) to the Company’s website without prior and separate notice. Online Order

Once you select a product and place an order, the charges will be displayed, including taxes and any applicable delivery charges. Orders are subject to confirmation, and the Company reserves the right to refuse to process any order.

Cancellation

The Company may cancel an order if the product is unavailable or for other reasons. In case of cancellation, refunds will be processed via the orignal payment method.

Return, Replacement, and Refund

Customers should inspect products upon collection. Claims for return must be lodged within two working days. The Company reserves the right to reject any exchange or refund for opened or used products.

Payment

Payments are subject to the accepted methods shown on the site. All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupee.

Delivery

The Company will oversee the entire shipping process to ensure timely and reliable delivery. The Company assumes full responsibility for the product until it reaches the Customer.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any breach of its obligations under these terms caused by events outside its control, such as extreme weather, strikes, or civil disturbances.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts of Sri Lanka.
